We can offer:
Cylindrical filaments: normally in PET with the possibility of choosing different colours, and different diameters and also the possibility of creating blends with natural bristles according to customer requirements.
Mechanically conical filaments: the best of conical filaments, free of any chemical treatment during the pinning phase. Filaments that reproduce the taper of the natural bristle, tapering from the base of the filament to the tip and then being pinned by mechanical treatment to make them softer and to be able to use them for delicate paints while avoiding scoring.
Pointed filaments: Filaments that are actually cylindrical and are pointed by a chemical process, the pointing is only done on the tip of the filament and can be more or less deep. This type of filament has a much lower price, is produced either solid or with a micro-hole in it to make it lighter.
The above-mentioned filaments have different sections and can be mixed with each other to achieve even higher performance than natural bristles.
These filaments are used for paintbrushes, toothbrushes, industrial brushes, food processing brushes, street cleaning machine brushes, and hoover brushes.
We also deal with a Japanese-made product that is highly qualified for its softness at the tip, so much so that it can be used for fine cosmetic brushes, and fine art brushes, where the finest natural fine hairs are used.
